1. Prior to making payment, we kindly request that you thoroughly review all program information. While we do not currently offer payment plans as a standard, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Please note that while we strive to meet your expectations to the best of our abilities, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Should there be any ambiguity or dissatisfaction in our collaboration, we offer partial refunds, minus a fee for the preparatory time invested prior to your reading.
3. Once a session has commenced and exceeded approximately 15 minutes, refunds are not provided. Our fees are indicative of the time and expertise dedicated to your reading, acknowledging that results may vary despite our best efforts.
4. We greatly value your patronage and are committed to delivering readings of the highest quality. Should you encounter any issues, we encourage open communication to address any concerns or explore potential adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Please be aware that your active participation greatly influences the outcomes of our sessions, as the cards may offer insights that prompt further reflection.

7. In the event of scheduling conflicts, we kindly request advance notification should you be unable to attend a session.
